The Global Health Committee (GHC) in the College of Medicine was excited to present the Global Health Conference 2023! The theme of the conference was Newcomer Health and the Refugee Crisis. 

 

Each year, the Global Health Conference focuses on current issues in global health, through both local and international contexts. We invite keynote speakers from across the country to educate and inspire the student body. We seek out critical views about various global health topics that span across health disciplines. This event engages students and faculty in presentations, breakout sessions, workshops, poster presentations, and organizational expos. In the past, we have had themes that focused on issues of equity, nutrition, and gender.
